Make cold calls to introduce our products and services to potential clients.
Keep a well-organized database of leads for follow-ups.
Manage Indiamart inquiries and respond promptly to potential customers.
Record customer interactions and feedback professionally.
Prepare and send quotations to clients.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator (Hindi, Gujarati & English).
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling is preferred.
Persuasive and good at negotiation to convert prospects into customers.
