Job Description


  • Make cold calls to introduce our products and services to potential clients.
  • Keep a well-organized database of leads for follow-ups.
  • Manage Indiamart inquiries and respond promptly to potential customers.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback professionally.
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients.
  • Regular Follow-ups.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.


  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator (Hindi, Gujarati & English).
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling is preferred.
  • Persuasive and good at negotiation to convert prospects into customers.
